Three of us stayed for 3 nights in 2 rooms. I complained about the initial bedroom I was allocated as it overlooked the outdoor bar area and there was a wedding on, coupled with the first hot weather in ages. The staff were incredibly helpful and whilst they couldn't relocate me the first night did change my room for the following two nights. The staff in general (front desk, restaurant, cleaning staff) were incredibly lovely and very helpful throughout out stay. The 2nd room I was given was one of the nicest hotel rooms I have ever stayed in (and I travel a lot). I would recommend getting a room with garden view if possible. Breakfast was great, swimming pool & sauna area were spotless, gym was a bit dated but just a sign the equipment was used a lot - which is a good thing. Dinner at the restaurant was also really nice. Location is brilliant as it is right in the centre of Westport. The parking is also plentiful.

We stayed for our honeymoon. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. In our room there was a bottle of prosecco, 2 small bottles of white and red wine and chocolate muffins for us, with a lovely welcome card and congratulations message which was just so lovely. The bed was soo comfy and the room was very spacious. The cleaning staff were so friendly and always smiling, they were so approachable and if we needed anything at all they were so helpful. Overall we were so happy with our stay. The hotel should be so proud of the staff they have as each and every single one of them looked so happy and there was a great sense of team work and morale. We will definitely be back. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay😊

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of Westport town centre and local amenities. The beds are extremely comfortable and the breakfast offer is plentiful. Staff work extremely hard to make your stay as enjoyable as it can be and nothing is too much trouble. Particularly enjoyed the entertainment in the Castlecourt sister hotel. Look forward to returning to Westport the near future.

We loved the leisure facilities. We didn't eat in the restaurant but breakfast was the best we had eaten during our holiday in Ireland.
